Mi piel esta muy seca. ¿Cómo combinar Úna con otros productos?
Si la piel es seca y sensible (en caso de piel atópica), le recomendamos que intente mezclar Úna con nuestro refuerzo de escualeno Naro. El escualeno es una sustancia natural. A medida que envejecemos, nuestro propio sebo se vuelve deficiente en escualeno, por lo que compensarlo podría ser muy beneficioso para aliviar la piel incómoda y tensa. Skiintegra Úna is a neutral universal cream, suitable for dry to very dry, flaky, sensitive and atopic skin , both for children and adults. It is rich in mild emollients (triglycerides and fatty acids that simulate our skin's natural lipid barrier), ceramide precursors (which repair damaged skin barrier function), beta-glucan and panthenol (which relieve inflammation, redness and itching) and Canola oil containing balancing omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
Úna has undergone in vivo testing, under the supervision of a dermatologist, in individuals with a history of allergies and diagnosed atopic dermatitis.
In skin with atopic dermatitis (as in skin affected by psoriasis), the hydrolipid barrier that should preserve the integrity of the skin is significantly compromised and causes the skin surface to become dry, scaly and prone to infections. Ceramides, which are the lipids that healthy skin produces naturally, are an extremely important component of the hydrolipid barrier and patients with atopy have a great deficiency of this natural lubricant for the skin.
Úna contains sphingolipids and phospholipids that generate biologically active and significant ceramides, sphingosine (which regulates the skin microbiome, often compromised in case of atopic dermatitis) and intercellular communicators. In this way, the skin with the damaged hydrolipid barrier once again fulfills its natural protective function.
In addition to ceramide precursors, the second important ingredient is the immunomodulatory carboxymethyl beta glucan (CM betaglucan). This is a polysaccharide that fulfills multiple functions in topical applications:
- regenerates the cells responsible for collagen production,
- promotes proper immune functioning of skin cells,
- It has antioxidant effects and has been proven to repair cellular damage caused by UVA radiation,
- In detergent challenge tests it presents significant protection of the hydrolipid barrier,
- stimulates wound healing by causing re-epithelialization, mobilization of macrophages (leukocytes) and the deposition of collagen in the place where the skin is damaged.
The beta-glucan in our universal neutral cream (pH 5.5) is combined with a trio of soothing ingredients, consisting of betaine, panthenol and bisabolol, which reduce inflammatory processes, and rapeseed oil, which is a natural source of essential fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6 and vitamin E.
Úna has been tested for heavy metals, including nickel. It is suitable for local application on the skin of children over 4 months.
Úna is formulated without the addition of parabens, perfumes, alcohol, synthetic dyes, or other irritants and is packaged in a hygienic air-less container. In the case of extremely dry skin, it should be combined with a more nourishing product, such as our Naro.
