1. Initial Application:

• Use sunscreen as the last step of your morning routine, or apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure. This ensures that the active ingredients in the sunscreen have time to work and provide maximum protection.
• The recommended amount for the face and neck is ½ teaspoon in total, dividing the application into ¼ teaspoon for the face and ¼ for the neck. This ensures sufficient coverage to protect both key areas.

2. Quantity to Use:

• For a more practical reference, use the rule of the 3 fingers. Apply the equivalent amount to 3 finger lengths product to fully cover the face and neck. This method is useful to ensure that you are applying an adequate amount.

3. Reapplication:
