1. Preparation: Clean your face with your usual cleanser. Make sure the skin is dry and free of makeup residue or dirt.
2. Step 1 – Activating Shot: Apply the “Shot 100” to the areas of the face you want to treat. Use enough to cover, and press lightly to help the plant-based microneedles (“spicules”) make contact with the skin.
3. Step 2 – Sheet Mask: Place the soaked mask on the clean face with the Shot applied, fitting it well to contours (eyes, nose, mouth). Leave on for 20‑30 minutes depending on tolerance.
4. Remove the sheet and massage the remaining serum into the skin until absorbed. Do not rinse.
5. Finish with a repairing moisturizer if your routine requires it.
6. If you use it in the morning: apply broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30‑50+. If you use it at night, you can follow with a nourishing cream.

• Can I use it if I have sensitive skin?
  Yes, but with caution. The plant-based microneedles may cause a slight tingling or stinging sensation. It is recommended to first do a patch test (test on a small area), use it initially once a week, and make sure the skin barrier is well reinforced.

  To start: once a week. Depending on tolerance, it can be increased to twice a week, but it should not be used more often on sensitive skin.
