1. Clean your face with your usual cleanser; gently dry.
2. Step 1 – Essence: Apply the essence to a dry face, spreading it with your fingertips for maximum absorption.
3. Step 2 – Sheet Mask: Place the soaked sheet mask, adjusting it to the face; leave on for the indicated time (20-30 min).
4. Remove the sheet and massage the excess serum/essence with your fingers to promote penetration.
5. Step 3 – Final Lifting Cream: Apply the finishing cream to the face, extending to the neck and décolleté if desired; this step serves to seal the active ingredients, deeply nourish, and stimulate firmness.
6. For daytime use: complete with a high SPF sunscreen.

• How often should this three-phase mask be used?
  It is recommended to use it once a week if the skin is normal to dry. For mature or very dehydrated skin, it can be increased to twice a week if well tolerated. Do not use daily to avoid irritation.
• Can it be used during the day or is it better at night?
  Ideally, use it at night to allow natural cell repair processes to work without sun exposure. If used during the day, apply a strong sunscreen (SPF 50+), as the skin may become more sensitive after the mask.
• Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
