1. Thoroughly wet hair and scalp with warm water.
2. Apply an amount of shampoo to the scalp, distributing it with gentle circular massages for about 30–60 seconds to activate the active ingredients.
3. Rinse completely.
4. If desired or if there is buildup of oil or product, you can use a second light wash.
5. Use every time you wash your hair; if your scalp is very oily, it may work well daily, otherwise alternate days to avoid dryness.

• Can I use it every day?
  Yes, if your scalp tolerates the mild surfactants and the formula well. If you notice dryness, tightness, or flaking, it is recommended to alternate days or use a more moisturizing formula on intermediate days.
• Does the shampoo leave a heavy or weighed-down feeling on fine hair?
  If used in the right amount and rinsed well, it is formulated to avoid heaviness. Its light formulation with gentle conditioners promotes volume and lifted roots.
• Is it better to use it during the day or at night?
  There is no specific time; ideally, use it when you wash your hair, whether in the morning or at night. The essential thing is to massage well onto a wet scalp and rinse thoroughly to avoid residue.
• What hair type is it best suited for?
  Fine, straight, or flat hair; oily roots; oily scalp. It is not ideal if you have a very sensitive scalp to sulfate or fragrances; a patch test is recommended.
• Does it contain ingredients that may cause irritation?
  It contains perfume (Parfum) and aromatic components such as limonene, citral, hexyl cinnamal, linalool, which can be sensitizing for people with very reactive scalps.
