Mentha piperita (Menthol) Aerial Parts - 10% & Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Oil) Leaf Oil - 5%. Other ingredients: Adhesive (guar gum and gum tragacanth rosin esters - from tree sap). The patch is a blend of medical-grade polymers of natural origin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dry the skin before use.
Open the aluminum pouch, remove one of the patches, and first peel off the protective film from the central cut. This will allow you to place it easily before sticking the sides. Be careful when peeling off the protective film, as the patch may stick to itself.
Apply the adhesive side of the patch where needed (abdomen, lumbar area, back), removing the rest of the protective film once it is properly placed.

Does the monthly patch heat or cool?

Neither. Most people describe it as a tingling sensation that lasts for the first 30 minutes after applying the patch. After that, the patch takes effect and helps relieve the pain. Unlike hot water bags, the ingredients are released over 12 hours.

Are there monthly patches in other colors?

Our patches are beige because this is the color of the natural plant fibers we use to make them, without any artificial colorants or chemical dyes. We are working on making them BeYou teal green (or maybe transparent), but so far we haven't found anything natural that preserves the effectiveness of our patches. However, as we say, we are working on it, so stay tuned!

What are the ingredients of the monthly patch?

Our monthly patches are made with natural plant fibers and contain a patented matrix of menthol and eucalyptus oil, wrapped in a tree sap adhesive. It is a blend of naturally sourced medical-grade polymers that contains no harmful substances.

Where can I use the Monthly Patches?

Front, back, on the legs, on the breasts... you can use them wherever you need; all day, all night... or both! All you have to do is place it directly on the skin and the natural adhesive will do its job for up to 12 hours, so you can face the day (or night)!

Can I use the monthly patch while breastfeeding?

Regarding breastfeeding, there is anecdotal evidence that menthol can reduce the amount of milk produced. While this may be good for congestion, it is not the intended purpose, so we would stay away until breastfeeding has ended.

How do you remove the monthly patch?

Make sure to always remove the monthly patch with warm water. This way, the strong and sticky adhesive that lasts up to 12 hours comes off easily.
It's very simple: you can remove the patches in the shower or bath, at the end of the day or just before starting it, or you can take a damp cloth and gently rub the patches until they become moist and peel off easily. This is a requirement, not a recommendation. It's a monthly patch, not a wax strip ;)

Are your monthly patches vegan?

Of course. We take pride in our Monthly Patches being registered with the Vegan Society; they are completely cruelty-free and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
