INGREDIENTS: Phytosome® (Berbevis®) [(Extract of Berberis Aristata root, 31% berberine), pea protein, sunflower phospholipids, Enovita® (Grape seed extract, Vitis Vinifera, 95% proanthocyanidins, 10% monomers)], dry extract of Gymnema (Gymnema Sylvestre, leaves, 75% gymnemic acids), Capsule (Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), dry extract of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum, seeds), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide), dry extract of Black Pepper (Piper nigrum, fruit, 95% piperine), chromium picolinate.

Instructions for use: Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with food.
