1. Clean your face with your usual cleanser. Make sure it is free of makeup, oil, and residue.
2. Tone if you use toner, to balance the pH and prepare the skin.
3. Take the hydrogel mask out of the pouch. Remove the protective film.
4. Apply the mask to your face, first the upper part centered on the eyes, then the lower part centered on the mouth. Adjust to ensure it adheres well.
5. Leave on for 20 to 40 minutes. For an intensive treatment, you can leave it on for up to 2‑3 hours (check tolerance).
6. Remove the mask and massage the excess essence left on the skin until fully absorbed. Do not rinse.
7. Finish with your usual moisturizer. If the routine is during the day: apply broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30‑50+

• Can it be used every day?
  Daily use is not recommended. Ideally, use it 1-2 times per week for maintenance if your skin tolerates it. For sensitive skin, once every few days.
• What is the optimal application time?
  Usually between 20 and 40 minutes. For intensive treatment, you can increase up to 2-3 hours, depending on your skin's tolerance.
• Does it really regenerate the skin?
  Yes. Thanks to PDRN and other ingredients (niacinamide, squalane, panthenol), it promotes cell repair processes, collagen synthesis, reduction of oxidative damage, and regeneration of the skin barrier.
• What skin type is it indicated for?
  Especially for dry, dehydrated, mature, dull, or loss of firmness skin. Also suitable after sun exposure or superficial dermatological treatments. Use with caution on very sensitive skin.
• Can it be used during the day?
  It can be used during the day if complemented with high sun protection (SPF 30-50+), because some ingredients may increase photosensitivity. Better results if used at night.
• Any contraindications?
  Avoid contact with eyes; if there is a known allergy to any of the ingredients, discontinue use. Do not use on open wounds, acute dermatitis flare-ups, active rosacea, or after invasive treatments without medical authorization.
