1. Wash the face with a gentle cleanser, dry completely.
2. Step 1: apply the activating serum (essence with spicules) on a clean face, avoiding the eye contour
3. Gently massage so the microchannels work well (you may feel a slight tingling).
4. Step 2: place the sheet mask on the face; smooth it to fit well.
5. Leave on for 10-20 minutes depending on tolerance.
6. Remove the sheet, massage or pat to absorb the excess essence.
7. Do not rinse. Continue with moisturizer / gentle treatment.
8. Use: 1-2 times per week. Then apply sun protection the next day.

• How often should it be used?
  Recommended use: 1‑2 times per week, depending on skin tolerance, as the process includes plant-based micro-needles that increase absorption.
• Day or night?
  Preferably at night. The next day, use high sun protection, as the skin may be more sensitive to radiation.
• Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
  Yes, but with caution. A patch test should be performed first. Use the mask for less time, avoid if the skin is irritated or if aggressive treatments have been applied recently.
• How long should the mask be left on?
  Between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on tolerance. Do not leave on much longer to avoid irritation.
• What is the tingling effect?
  Normal for first-time users; it indicates that the spicules are working and microchannels are forming. If it is very strong or painful, remove it.
• Can it be combined with other active treatments?
