1. Wash face and apply toner.
2. Apply serum or treatment if you use it.
3. Pump half (half-pump) and apply to face and neck with a gentle massage or light tapping.
4. Use AM and PM (morning before sunscreen, night for repair).
5. Alternates in summer or combination skin.
6. For oily skin, use half the dose or only at night.
7. Compatible with post-treatments (acids, retinoids) to soothe the barrier.
