Facial toner with extracts and panthenol
Perfectly formulated toner to soothe, tone, hydrate and balance the PH level of the skin. The composition includes heart extract, which moisturizes, calms irritations and reduces redness. Betaine and panthenol are intended to regenerate the epidermis and reinforce the hydrolipid barrier. The composition includes two more extracts, including: sugar cane extract, which helps lighten discolorations and reduce fine wrinkles, and common purslane extract, which has a healing, soothing and moisturizing effect.
