1. After brushing your teeth, pour 15 ml (measuring cap).
2. Rinse the entire mouth for 30–60 seconds, 2–3 times a day.
3. Spit.
4. Do not rinse or consume food/drinks for 15–30 minutes.
5. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
