KEY INGREDIENTS
- Kojic Acid: Because it inhibits melanin production, kojic acid is a dermatologically tested effective treatment for melasma (for example, spots after pregnancy), promoting radiant skin.
- Arbutin: Derived from Hydroquinone, of natural origin, found in the leaves of Bearberry. It inhibits the production of melanin cells (melanogenesis) by blocking the action of tyrosinase. It whitens the skin, reduces pregnancy marks, melasma, and marks associated with sunburn. It is also a powerful antioxidant against free radicals.
- Niacinamide: Inhibits the transfer of melanin from the Melanosome to the keratinocyte. Anti-inflammatory action, reduces skin redness.
- Salicylic Acid: It generates a keratolytic action that reduces intercorneocyte cohesion and destroys the lipids that bind the outer cells of the epidermis.
- Mandelic Acid: An alpha hydroxy acid derived from bitter almond extract. It has exfoliating, moisturizing, and anti-aging properties and works very well to eliminate acne and spots. It also fights wrinkles and expression lines. It exfoliates the skin's surface, accelerating the cell renewal process. It brightens the skin without the risk of a rebound effect with increased pigmentation. Safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Suitable for use on brown skin.
- Enoxolone: Also called glycyrrhetic acid or glycyrrhetinic acid 18-B, it is a molecule with anti-inflammatory activity and a mechanism of action similar to corticosteroids, without belonging to this group.
