What is the difference between Spectra and Infrared?
Spectra and Infrared are not even similar in texture or active ingredients to provide relief to the skin, but they have similar functions: they restore and replenish sensitive skin prone to inflammation. Spectra has a creamy and emollient texture and is enriched with shea butter, vitamin B12, caffeine, resveratrol, and green tea extract, while Infrared is a much lighter moisturizing serum simply rich in humectants formulated with an azelaic acid derivative, ectoine, niacinamide, Centella asiatica, and oat extract. The only key ingredient in both products is panthenol, a staple ingredient in most of our products, designed to soothe sensitive skin.
Do I need to moisturize after applying Infrared?
Considering that Infrared is a serum rich in moisturizing agents, most skin types will benefit from including a separate moisturizer since they have a slight lipid content with occlusive properties that prevent transepidermal water loss. Apply a cream or emulsion after Infrared. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend products from our pink line, designed for these skin issues.
How to combine Infrared with other Skintegra products?
If your skin is mixed - fat, you can apply Infrared under one of our SPF fluids in the mornings. At night, after a gentle cleansing, you may want to apply it after exfoliating with one of our exfoliants (depending on tolerance), applying it over our hydrating essence Nectar or simply use it as a step before our moisturizer for acne-prone skin: Tria Light.
If your skin is normal to dry, you can apply Infrared as a step between Nectar (hydrating essence applied immediately after cleansing and/or exfoliation) and nourishing creams like Lunar or Úna. You can add a few drops of our squalene serum (Naro) as a booster to further enhance nourishment. Never forget to protect your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays during the day.

Skiintegra Infrared is a soothing concentrated serum for all skin types, especially sensitive skin prone to inflammatory processes and irritations. It calms the symptoms of inflammation, intensely hydrates and corrects skin imperfections.
This product has a light, hydrating texture that can be easily incorporated into any skincare routine. Infrared does not make the skin greasy or cause a feeling of weight, but rather deeply hydrates it, soothes and instantly suppresses the discomfort associated with skin inflammation (pH 6).
The wide spectrum of effects of Infrared is due to an extraordinary complex of ingredients:
- derived from azelaic acid (10%) that deeply hydrates and makes the skin supple, acting at the same time soothing, softening and radiant
- vitamins B3 (niacinamide) and B5 (panthenol) with ectoine strengthen the skin barrier and regenerate photodamaged skin
- plant extracts (such as oats, grape seed, licorice, gotu kola and madecassoside) that provide the skin with an antioxidant effect and even soothe and act against irregularities
This product is suitable and specifically recommended for any inflammatory dermatosis (such as rosacea and acne), accompanied by compromised barrier function and symptoms such as peeling, itching, redness and inflammatory processes. It is formulated without parabens, alcohol, fragrances, artificial colors and other irritants. It is packaged in a dark glass container with a dropper.
How to combine Infrared with other products? For highly sensitive, inflamed, intolerant and non-resistant skin, it is advisable to combine Infrared with other products from our pink range, depending on the type and condition of the skin. For normal to oily and sensitive skin, it is preferable to use Infrared with Spectra, while, for normal to dry skin, we recommend combining it with UNA.
For skin with acne, it is preferable to combine Infrared with products based on salicylic acid (Clarion).
