What does damage repair mean? Is it an anti-aging cream?

Will Lunar visibly reduce my wrinkles if they are quite deep and formed a long time ago?
Unfortunately not, it is very unlikely. Creams are non-invasive treatments and can only affect the skin to a certain degree. The wrinkles visible on the surface of your skin are the result of deeper structural changes in the skin where the "building material" of your skin simply breaks down over time and is not produced adequately as we age.
