Affiliate agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (the affiliate) and International Cosmetic or www.international-cosmetic.com (the merchant). 1. Vision

2. Affiliate obligations

• 2.2. As a member of the Www.international-Cosmetic.com affiliate program, you will have access to the Affiliate Accounts Panel. Here you can review the performance of your promotions, as well as consult commissions and payments and generate affiliate links. 3. Rights and obligations of www.international-cosmetic.com

If such fraud or abuse is detected, www.international-cosmetic.com will not be responsible for providing any commission.
• 3.3. This agreement will begin from our acceptance of your affiliate application, and will continue unless it ends for some reason.

4. termination of agreement

5. Modification

If you do not agree on any modification, you can finish this agreement. 6. Commissions and payment

7. Access to the Affiliate Panel

8. Promotion Restrictions

11. Representations and guarantees

• You manifest and guarantee that:

12. Limitations of responsibility

• We will not be responsible to you with respect to any issue of this agreement under any contract, negligence, grievance, strict responsibility or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consistent, special or exemplary damage (including, without limitation, loss of income or goodwill or expected benefits or business loss), even if we have been warned of the possibility of such damages.  In addition, independently, otherwise contained in this Agreement, in no case www.international-cosmetic.com has cumulative responsibility for you, that arises or is related to this agreement, either based on contract, negligence, another strict responsibility, or theory Equitative, exceed the total commission rates that were paid under this agreement.

13. Compensation

14. Confidentiality

15. Miscellaneous
