• Chemical exfoliants stimulate cell renewal, helping to improve signs of aging and achieve smoother, softer, and more radiant skin. Additionally, these exfoliants, in the long term, also stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin, thereby improving the firmness and elasticity of the skin.
• ¿Por qué AHA/BHA 10% Intesive Peel incluye varios tipos de AHA?
• Our facial exfoliating serum is designed with different types of AHAs to harness the synergistic power of multiple acids. The selected AHAs have different molecular sizes, so their penetration rates vary, ensuring the product's potency. Additionally, we include a higher percentage of the most effective exfoliating agents: glycolic acid and lactic acid.
• Can it be used on sensitive skin?
• Yes, although we recommend including it in your routine with caution. If you wish, you can use our firming exfoliating toner instead of AHA/BHA 10%, if you are looking for a gentler exfoliation.
• What can I apply after AHA/BHA 10% Intensive Peel? Can retinol be applied?
• After AHA/BHA 10% Intensive Peel, you can either apply nothing or use a cream to reinforce the barrier function, such as Biotic Barrera or your anti-aging cream Absolut Pro-Collagen. If you apply a cream afterward, we recommend doing so about 20-30 minutes after applying AHA/BHA 10% Intensive Peel to avoid minimizing its effect.
  We do not recommend applying retinol after AHA/BHA 10% Intensive Peel as it may increase the risk of irritation.
