1. Pump 2-3 pumps of the product into the palm of your hand to create a soft foam.
2. Apply externally to the vulvar area (only the “Y-zone”), without inserting into the vagina.
3. Gently massage to cleanse, without rubbing harshly.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Use daily or as needed; some sources recommend every 2-3 days if sensitivity occurs.
