1. Fill the measuring cup up to 15 ml.
2. Use mouthwash undiluted for 60 seconds after brushing.
3. Repeat 2–3 times a day after each meal.
4. Spit, do not rinse with water or consume food/drinks for at least 15 minutes.
5. For use by children over 6 years old and not to be ingested.
