In addition to its exfoliating action, it incorporates active ingredients such as Seboclear™ MP, an extract of Mangifera cochinchinensis with antibacterial and sebum-regulating properties; Arnica, known for its anti-inflammatory properties; and essential oils of Thyme, Eucalyptus and Tea Tree, which provide antimicrobial and antioxidant action

A Beta-Hydroxy Acid (BHA) is oil-soluble and penetrates deeply into the pores to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and excess sebum. Its pH of 3.6–4.0 makes it an effective option for normal, combination, and oily skin prone to blemishes and congestion.

This toner not only fights breakouts but also promotes healthy cell renewal and keeps the skin barrier intact, offering a matte and silky finish.

While AHAs are water-soluble and excellent for skin where natural cell renewal has decreased (photoaging), BHAs are fat-soluble, perfect for congested skin with excess sebum, enlarged pores, acne, and where cell renewal is not necessarily the main issue. Because they are oil-soluble, they can penetrate deeply into the pore to clean it. However, when used alone, BHAs (salicylic acid) can dry out the skin, further aggravating problems and even causing more acne.
Although salicylic acid is the key ingredient in this formula, it is the high concentration of botanical ingredients that nourish the skin's microbiome and make this formula much more than just a liquid exfoliant with BHA.
