DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Usage instructions: It is recommended to take 5 g (1 tablespoon or 15 ml) of the dietary supplement per day. Mix the powder in water or another beverage and consume immediately after preparation. The container contains 40 servings.
The plastic measuring spoon is not included. This is our contribution to environmental protection.
Conservation: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Keep tightly closed. Consume within 3 months after opening.
