HOW TO USE
Use on previously cleansed face or body. If you use it on your face, this should be the final step in your skincare routine. You can even use it as a hand cream if your hands are dry, rough, or have contact dermatitis. When applied to the body, we recommend that you apply it immediately after the shower and on the skin :)) still slightly damp. Avoid direct eye contact.
FAQS
FAQS
What is urea and why is it good for my skin?
Urea is a commonly known ingredient and well-tested for its effectiveness; it is a moisturizing component (NMF) naturally found in our skin that helps retain water and makes the skin plumper and fuller. But it doesn't just serve this function; it also ensures that the protective layer works healthily and, if damaged, will recover as quickly as possible.
Is it recommended only for dry skin? Can it be good for normal or combination skin?
It is really a matter of personal preference, but in our opinion, it is likely too rich for normal or combination skin. If you apply it on the body, it will simply give you fantastic, fluffy, and silky skin almost instantly, so if you like the product as a body lotion, you can also try it on your face.
My skin is sensitive and/or has rosacea. Can I use it?
Yes, it is even an excellent option: Altruist's dermatologist dry skin repair cream not only provides intense hydration but also helps repair damaged skin. It will be a great final step in your nighttime routine!
Do I have problematic skin (often with acne and oiliness), can I use it?
We don't think this moisturizer is for you. Although it doesn't have a very thick texture, it is a rich and intense moisturizer, so you will probably feel your skin heavy. We recommend a lighter moisturizer like Paula's Choice Water-Infusing Electrolyte Moisturizer or Paula's Choice RESIST Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator, especially when combined with a hyaluronic acid serum.
