MKARE® [egg shell membrane powder (Gallus gallus domesticus) 86% protein, 30.7% elastin, 22% collagen], capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), colorant (iron oxides and hydroxides)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), dry extract of Maitake sporophore (Grifola frondosa) 10% polysaccharides, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), dry extract of bamboo stem (Bambusa vulgaris) 85% silica, L-OptiZinc® ZML-200 (mono-L-methionine zinc sulfate), Dunaliella salina algae powder 7.5% beta-carotene (vitamin A), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), selenium (L-selenomethionine), copper (cupric gluconate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate).

1. Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with a main meal and a glass of water
2. Maintain for at least 3 consecutive months.
3. Repeat the treatment 2-3 times a year for optimal continuity.

• How to use and when to see results?
  Take 2 capsules a day (morning or night) with a glass of water, for at least 3 months. It is recommended to repeat the treatment 2–3 times a year for maintenance.
• Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
  No. It contains vitamin A (retinol), an ingredient contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Can I take it if I am allergic to eggs?
  It is not suitable, as MKARE® comes from the egg membrane.
• Does it interfere with thyroid medication?
  Zinc and selenium may affect the absorption of thyroid therapies; consult a doctor if you are under treatment.
