INGREDIENTS

Active ingredients (in 1 capsule): coenzyme Q10: 100 mg, thiamine: 0.70 mg (64% VAT*), riboflavin: 0.84 mg (60% VAT*). *VAT - Recommended daily intake
Ingredients: Q10Vital® (modified starch, coenzyme Q10), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), modified starch, anti-caking agents: talc magnesium stearate, sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate (riboflavin), thiamine mononitrate (thiamine).
The product does not contain gluten or dyes. The capsules are made from cellulose, so they are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

HOW TO USE

Instructions for use: It is recommended to take one capsule a day. Take the capsule with a little liquid, preferably after a meal.
Conservation: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of up to 25°C.

What is the difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol?

Coenzyme Q10 is found in the body in various forms, mainly as ubiquinone (oxidized) and ubiquinol (reduced form). Its action is precisely based on the transition between both, so neither form is better than the other. For a long time, it was believed that ubiquinol is the best form of Q10, and also that the conversion from one form to another is no longer possible in older people. But with our study, we were the first in the world to debunk this myth. We have demonstrated that the ingested form of coenzyme Q10 does not affect the function of Q10 in the body at all, since the body itself recognizes which form it needs in a particular organ and "changes" it to the correct one if necessary. Furthermore, the transition from ubiquinone to ubiquinol (and vice versa) occurs normally even in elderly people. The Q10Vital® contained in our products contains coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone.

Is Quvital Q10 in the form of ubiquinone or ubiquinol?

Quvital® capsules used to be white, but now they are yellow. Why?

The capsules sometimes contained the dye titanium dioxide, which provided the white color. We have now removed titanium dioxide from the formula, so the capsules are no longer white but yellow, which is also the natural color of coenzyme Q10.

Can I take only the contents of the capsule if I can't swallow it?
