YOPE Skinimally Damaged Hair Conditioner
The YOPE Skinimally Damaged Hair Conditioner has been specifically formulated for brittle and damaged hair, integrating a molecular combination of hydrolyzed plant proteins (wheat, corn, soy), lipid emollients, mild cationic conditioning agents, ethyl shea butter, and restorative actives that work at different levels of the hair fiber.
From a biochemical perspective:
-
The hydrolyzed proteins from wheat, corn, and soy provide small peptides capable of penetrating the cuticle, filling gaps in the keratin structure and reinforcing the mechanical strength of the shaft.
-
The shea butter (Shea Butter Ethyl Esters) provides unsaturated fatty acids and essential lipids, which restore the hair’s lipid-moisturizing layer, improve intercellular cohesion of the cuticle, and reduce transepidermal water loss.
-
The fatty alcohols and cationic emulsifiers (Behentrimonium Chloride, Hydroxypropyl Guar Adapted) help to close the cuticle, reduce frizz, and improve detangling ability, reducing breakage during brushing.
-
The panthenol (provitamin B5) acts by moisturizing, increasing intracellular water content, and promoting fiber flexibility; botanical extracts (Emblica Officinalis, vanilla, sandalwood) provide antioxidants, minerals, and phenolic compounds that protect against oxidative environmental damage.
The conditioner works synergistically with an adjusted pH and mild preservatives to ensure microbiological stability without compromising hair integrity. With frequent use, a reduction in fragility, increased shine, elasticity, and gradual repair of damaged hair structure are observed, restoring the hair to a smoother and stronger texture.
