1. Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo suitable for damaged or brittle hair
2. Gently remove excess water (microfiber towel or t-shirt).
3. Apply an amount of YOPE Skinimally Damaged conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends; avoid applying directly to the roots if the scalp is oily.
4. Detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb to prevent mechanical breakage.
5. Leave on for a few minutes (2-5 min) to allow proteins and emollients to penetrate and repair.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
7. Use every time you wash your hair, usually 2-3 times a week if you wash infrequently, or daily if you need frequent washes; adjust frequency according to your hair’s porosity/damage.

• Can it be used every day?
  Yes. As a conditioner, it can be applied with every hair wash. If your hair is very damaged or dry, use it with every wash or on alternating days depending on the need for hydration vs. emollient buildup.
• Day and night?
  It is usually used after shampooing; it is not common to apply it at night as a separate treatment unless doing a deep mask. At night, you can apply an additional treatment or oil if the hair requires it, but this conditioner is rinsed out, so ideally use it when you wash your hair.
• What hair/scalp type is it best suited for?
  Suitable for brittle hair, damaged by dyes/straighteners/environmental exposure. Also for dry hair with split ends. It may not be optimal for very fine hair if overused, as some dense emollients could weigh it down.
• Does it contain silicones or strong sulfates?
