1. Wet the hair and scalp with warm water.
2. Apply a small amount of shampoo to the palm and distribute it over the scalp and mid-lengths of the hair.
3. Gently massage, preferably with the fingertips, for at least 30–60 seconds to promote circulation and the penetration of proteins and moisturizers.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. If your hair requires it, perform a second light wash to ensure cleanliness, especially if you have used heavy products (proteins, serums, etc.).
6. Use every time you wash your hair; recommended frequency: 2–4 times per week if your scalp is not extremely dry; if it is very dry or suffers persistent dryness, it can be used more frequently, observing the response.

• Can I use it every day?
  Yes. It is formulated for frequent use if your scalp is very dry or if your hair is very damaged. However, observe how your scalp reacts: if frequent rinses cause tightness, you can alternate with a gentler shampoo.
• Is it used during the day or at night?
  There is no specific time restriction; ideally, use it when you wash your hair. It can be during the day if you shower in the morning, or at night if your routine requires it.
• What type of hair/scalp is it recommended for?
  Dry, delicate, or sensitive scalp; damaged, fragile hair, with split ends, chemically processed or exposed to environmental aggressors. It is not recommended to use it very frequently on oily or minimally damaged hair, as the formula may provide hydration and lipids that could weigh it down.
• Does it contain harsh sulfates?
  It contains Sodium Coco‑Sulphate, which is milder than traditional sulfates but is still a coconut-derived sulfate. Although its cleansing power is moderate, it can be somewhat irritating on extremely sensitive scalps. If your scalp does not tolerate any sulfate, you might prefer sulfate-free options.
• Is it vegan / natural?
  It has a high percentage of ingredients of natural origin, plant proteins, botanical extracts. It does not appear to contain direct animal-derived ingredients. However, it contains fragrance and some aromatic components like limonene/linalool that may come from natural or synthetic sources.
